This piece will help you to brush up on your agile mindset and be confident in your upcoming Scrum Master/Product Owner/Agile Coach interview.

What is inside?

A collection of real challenges presented in a conversational format suitable for Interviews. Ponder on the scenarios for a while, and then, see the suggested answers as deliberated by the interviewee. Notice two things:

a. How does each scenario link back to the Agile Values and Principles

b. How are practical scenarios often different from ideal ones?

c. What could have been done alternatively to move closer to the ideal?

Mindset is a result of years of conditioning and training to think in a certain manner. The Agile Mindset is no different. The more you deliberate upon the faster you will learn.

What to do next?

Talk to your colleagues and discuss the scenarios with them. See how their thought processes are deviating from the ideal. Comparing ideas of multiple people would fasten your learning.
